The following items or situations are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

• Wearable items that have been washed or worn,
• undergarments
• open media
• downloads
• perishable goods
• print-on-demand/made-to-order items

Eligible items for return or exchange must be processed within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to [email protected] to begin the return or exchange process.

The return date will be determined by the postmark on the returned package.
